The Exterior Painting Process

Painting:
A minimum of two coats are always applied to the exterior. We start the job with the surface preparations:
- cleaning when necessary
- sanding
- filling of holes and cracks
- caulking when necessary
- priming when needed for good adhesion
Cleaning:
Our exterior painters will ensure the area is relatively clean every day and that all garbage is disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.
Inspection:
After our exterior painting professionals inspect the area, the customer checks with the project manager and ensures they are satisfied with the project.
